These are my hand created patches designed for a modern high gain metal sound when big heavy chuggy riffs are important. This pack has balls. Big balls.

Many of the presets i have toured for years and are designed for one guitar bands to fill the room with sound. Every preset has SEND 4 going out to be put into the FX RETURN of any amp for stage use. Then the master output going to to FOH and some use SEND 3 for extra bottom end to be mixed in, say if your bassist gets on the gear and doesn’t turn up (screw that guy)

HOW TO USE

UPDATE YOUR FIRMWARE:
Please upgrade the firmware on your Helix and the HX Edit software from Line 6 to the latest before installing this patch. Even if your Helix is up to date, the ‘HX Edit’ app needs to be updated as well. If you get an error importing a patch, the problem is most likely outdated firmware on your Helix/HX Edit. These were created on Helix Rack using HX Edit 3.0 and are only guaranteed to work on that exact setup.

HOW TO IMPORT PATCHES

1. Connect your Helix to your computer using a USB Cable 
2. Download and instal the ‘HX Edit’ app from Line 6 
3. In the ‘HX Edit’ application, drag and drop the patch into a slot in the ‘PRESETS’ column 
4. To import an IR, switch to the ‘IMPULSES’ column (next to the PRESETS column), and drag & drop the IR into an open slot.
